We’re Back!
It’s been forever since we have posted, but we’re back! As many of you who come into the store often know, our lives have been just a little crazy lately! So we figured we would update all of you on what’s been going on and about some new and exciting things we have planned!
Rachel and James got married on December 31 – AND IT WAS SO FUN. Can you imagine a more fun night? It was the best New Year’s Eve celebration any of us have ever been a part of. Rachel is now working part-time with Carter Elite photography and part-time at Thanks A Latte. Her husband James is a civil engineer, and they live in an adorable house in Holly Springs! Here are a few pictures from their big night!
And then, just two short weeks later, I had my sweet baby girl, Eliza Rain! She was 8lbs and 13oz. YEP. She was huge. Everything went great though! I could not have done it without my amazing husband, my mom and my sister cheering me on throughout the whole process. We are all absolutely in love with her. I am loving being a mom, but I’m still helping out at Thanks A Latte when I can! I also recently started selling Stella & Dot in order to be able to stay at home more with my sweet baby girl! Whew! It’s been a crazy few months to say the least! But we are all so happy and excited to be able to share our growing family with all of you. Now that our lives are starting to calm down, we want to be better about keeping you in the loop! We will posting on this blog – Love and Lattes, every single Friday! Oh, don’t forget about Kate! She is still helping us out, & is doing an awesome job. It’s been so fun to have one of my closest friends from college working with us at the store!
